DOVER, Del. (AP) — Tahj Tate scored 19 points and Delaware State took advantage of Howard’s woeful second-half shooting for a 63-46 victory Wednesday night in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference game.
Tate scored 14 of his 19 points in the second half when the Hornets (7-10, 2-1), leading 30-27 at halftime after Tyshawn Bell’s 3-pointer at the buzzer, coasted home.
