Vancouver-based Killian Pacific has purchased the Kent Business Center in Kent, south of Seattle, for $5.02 million.

Within the heart of Kent’s high-demand light-industrial area, the 94,000-square-foot property will be held as an investment, said Lance Killian, company president.
