Oral Roberts routs McNeese State 75-54

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Shawn Glover had 24 points, Damen Bell-Holter added 22 and Oral Roberts dominated inside with a 75-54 victory over McNeese State on Saturday night.

Oral Roberts (12-8, 7-1 Southland) outscored the Cowboys 44-22 inside the paint, shot 54.4 percent from the field and out-rebounded McNeese State 41-28. Glover and Bell-Holter each added eight rebounds to their scoring totals.

Korey Billbury scored eight points, dished out eight assists and had six rebounds for Oral Roberts.

The Golden Eagles built a 34-23 lead at halftime and never looked back. Oral Roberts led by as many as 22 in the second half.

Kevin Hardy was the only McNeese State (8-10, 2-6) player in double figures with 12 points while recording six assists and four rebounds.

The Cowboys shot only 38.1 percent from the field and was 5 for 20 from beyond the arc.

Oral Roberts has won four straight and seven of its last eight games.
