Esther Short — Gallery 360 in downtown Vancouver has won a $5,000 grant from the Community Foundation for Southwest Washington for summer art class scholarships for kids. Photography, painting, creative writing and glassmaking are among the offerings for children ages 7 and older. Gallery 360, 111 W.
