Skills Center Foundation sets fundraising record

Image — The Clark County Skills Center Foundation raised a record $52,545 at its sold-out, multicourse fundraiser dinner and auction May 31 at the Heathman Lodge. The event celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Skills Center, which provides technical and professional training to Clark County high school and college students. The retirement of director Dennis Kampe was also noted at the event. Kampe led the school for 22 years.
