Plans to subdivide a 4.7-acre parcel for 21 housing units in the North Hazel Dell neighborhood have been submitted for review by the Clark County Community Development Department.

Slated for a pre-application conference on July 18, the proposal would redevelop land now valued as farmland and agricultural land and located on the northeast quadrant of Northeast 99th Street and 33rd Avenue. SGA Engineering of Vancouver is the contact for the project. The site is owned by Gertrude Schumacher of Vancouver.
