SEATTLE — Police are looking for a driver who ran down a man with her car Wednesday morning in Seattle and fled.

Police suspect it was vehicular assault and not an accident. They say the woman knows the man in his 20s who was on foot when he was hit just after 6 a.m.

Fire department medics took him to Harborview Medical Center with head trauma and injuries to other parts of his body.
