PORTLAND — A fourth woman has reported that a nurse at a Portland hospital sexually assaulted her, and the nurse has been indicted on charges of unlawful sexual penetration and sodomy.

The Oregonian reports the charges against 38-year-old Jeffrey N. McAllister were filed Tuesday.

Legacy Emanuel Medical Center fired McAllister in April. He was an emergency room nurse.

McAllister remains in custody. He has pleaded not guilty to raping, sodomizing and sexually abusing a patient in January and to sexually abusing two other patients in September and February.

Court records show the fourth woman told the grand jury she was assaulted in October.

McAllister is a former Beaverton and Seaside police officer. The arraignment on the new charges was scheduled Wednesday.
