Letter: Burkman is committed to working hard

The Columbian
Published: July 23, 2013, 5:00pm

I write in support of Jack Burkman for Vancouver City Council position 1. As a local firefighter, I see first hand Burkman’s work to support public safety for our city.

He is committed to making sure a fire engine, paramedic, or police officer show up each and every time 911 is called.

Burkman works with transparency and collaboratively with other council members to achieve these goals. He has committed to looking at new solutions to help solve the recurring problem of budget shortfalls.

Vote for Jack Burkman so that he can continue his dedicated and good work.
