FRENCH LICK, Ind. (AP) — French Lick Resort in southern Indiana will host the 2015 Senior PGA Championship on its Pete Dye Course.

The PGA announced the decision Tuesday.

The par-72, 7,400-yard course opened in 2009 and was designed by Dye, the legendary Indiana golf architect. The tournament will be held May 21-24, 2015, with an expected field of 156 players.

This will be the fourth major at the resort. The 1924 PGA Championship was played on the Donald Ross Course and won by Walter Hagen. French Lick also held the 1959 and 1960 LPGA Championships.
