Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Bradley Loomis has leased 5,900 square feet of industrial space at 855 Goerig Road, Woodland, from Thoeny Family Trust 2012. Ron Kawamoto of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the tenant and the landlord.

Evergreen Auto Service Equipment has leased 2,650 square feet of industrial space at 4216 N.E. Minnehaha St., Suite 7 and 8, Vancouver, from Minnehaha Corporate Center 1 LLC. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Ferox Fleet Services has leased 5,300 square feet of industrial space at 4210 N.E. Minnehaha St., Suite 3-A, 3-B and 3-C, Vancouver, from Minnehaha Corporate Center 1 LLC. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

IQ Credit Union has leased 2,503 square feet to be used as a data center at Bank of America Financial Center, 805 Broadway, Suite 515, Vancouver, from RS Holdings LLC. Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Doug Bartocci of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord. The anticipated move-in date is Aug. 1.

K and N Restaurant Corp., doing business as Keo Thai West, has leased 1,820 square feet of retail space at Vancouver Village II, 8115 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Suite 60 and 65, Vancouver. This will be the second location for Keo Thai, with an anticipated move-in date of Sept. 1. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Marks Design & Metalworks has leased 6,625 square feet of industrial space at 4216 N.E. Minnehaha St., Building 4, Vancouver, from Minnehaha Corporate Center 1 LLC. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.
