Crash on Interstate bridge stalls northbound traffic

Northbound Interstate 5 is backed up through Portland due to an earlier crash at the Interstate bridge.

The crash involved multiple vehicles and occurred about 1 p.m., according to Oregon Department of Transportation. The crash blocked one lane of the bridge and involved a bus.

ODOT reports that heavy traffic through Capital Highway.
