Caps N’ Taps LLC has leased 1,467 square feet of retail space at 337 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas, from Cedar Street Square LLC. The business will serve food and beverages, and provide retail sales of alcoholic beverages from around the world. Greg L. Goforth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associate represented both parties in the transaction.
ICS has subleased 1,650 square feet of office space from Area Heating at 2625 N.E. 65th Ave., Vancouver. Gordon Lewis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associate represented both parties in the transaction.
