SEATTLE (AP) — Chiney Ogwumike scored 25 points and grabbed 19 rebounds, and Stanford reached its 12th Pac-12 Conference tournament title game by pulling away in the second half for a 61-47 win over No. 18 Colorado on Saturday night.

The Cardinal — who have reached the championship game in every year of the tournament — won their 16th straight and will face No. 14 UCLA in Sunday’s title game. The Bruins upset No. 5 California 70-58 in Saturday’s first semifinal.

Colorado hung with the Cardinal into the second half before Stanford (30-2) took control thanks to a 14-3 run in which Ogwumike got plenty of help from her teammates. Of the 14 points, Ogwumike scored only two.

Chucky Jeffery led the Buffaloes (25-6) with 19 points, but made just 9 of 26 shots.
