Swimmers meet for fun and fitness

Green Meadows — Club Green Meadows swimmers showed off their swift strokes in a Feb. 22 swim meet. The “Kid’s Club Fun and Fitness Swim Met” had about 30 children compete in various heats: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Club Green Meadows holds swim meets every other month. The young swimmers practiced for weeks before the latest meet to improve their endurance and strokes.
