Letter: Statistics are hard to believe

The Columbian
Published: March 22, 2013, 5:00pm

I cannot and do not believe the reports of unemployment being down and the economy being up. When I hear about families struggling and relying on the food banks and the number of families applying for food, it breaks my heart and rattles my brain. There are many untruths being reported on TV newscasts and in the media in general. It’s a sad state of affairs. Let’s get real, people.
