Clark College’s Mature Learning turns 40

Vancouver — Clark College’s Mature Learning program celebrates its 40th anniversary from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at Columbia Tech Center, 18700 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd.

The free, public, all-ages event offers classes and a guest lecture by nationally recognized neuroscientist Larry Sherman. It will include a full roster of mini-classes.

Mature Learning, the program for students age 55 or older, is one of the oldest senior studies programs in the nation, providing seniors opportunities for lifelong learning.
