Attorney will host free workshop on foreclosures

An attorney from the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program will host a free seminar for troubled mortgage borrowers at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Vancouver Community Library at 901 C St. in downtown Vancouver.

Kristina Phillips will host the seminar as the group’s program coordinator. Material will cover foreclosure alternatives, the foreclosure process and time line, homeowners’ rights and how to make a request for mediation sessions with lenders.
