Rosenberg wins Santa Anita feature

ARCADIA, Calif. (AP) — Rosenberg won the $70,000 Pasadena Stakes by a half-length at Santa Anita on Friday for his third straight victory.

Ridden by Martin Garcia, Rosenberg ran 612 furlongs on the hillside turf course in 1:34.20 and paid $5.40, $3.40 and $2.60.

Procurement returned $3.60 and $2.80, while Counting Days was another 112 lengths back in third and paid $3.80 to show.

The victory, worth $43,080, increased Rosengold’s career earnings to $123,370.
