Host families needed for exchange students

Published: March 29, 2013, 5:00pm

The Council on International Educational Exchange is seeking host families for international high school students during the 2013-14 school year.

Students will arrive in August. They have the appropriate visa, medical insurance and pay for all their own expenses, with the exception of food and utilities. Students are active and interested in learning about American culture.

Many types of volunteer families are needed: kids, no kids, empty-nesters and single parents. The main requirements are kindness and a willingness to learn about a foreign culture.
