WESTLAKE, Ohio (AP) — Browns owner Jimmy Haslam will address his role with the NFL franchise for the first time since the FBI raided the headquarters of his family business last month as part of an investigation into an alleged fraud scheme.

Haslam, CEO of Pilot Flying J, is the featured speaker at the Northeastern Ohio Chapter of the National Football Foundation’s scholar athlete banquet.

Haslam will meet with reporters following his speech. The Browns said he will talk about the franchise but will not be able to take questions.

Federal agents raided Pilot’s headquarters in Knoxville, Tenn., on April 15. The FBI alleges members of Pilot’s sales team deliberately withheld rebates to boost profits.

The NFL said it has no plans to ask Haslam to relinquish control of the team during the probe.
