TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — The Arizona Cardinals have signed second-round pick Kevin Minter and released quarterback Brian Hoyer.

Arizona also signed center Adam Bice and quarterback Caleb TerBush.

The Cardinals used the 45th overall pick in this year’s draft to select Minter, a linebacker from LSU who was a finalist for the Butkus Award for the nation’s top linebacker.

Arizona signed Hoyer late last season and he started the finale against San Francisco.

Bice and TerBush were undrafted rookie free agents who participated in Arizona’s rookie minicamp last week.

The Cardinals have three draft picks who haven’t signed: Guard Jonathan Cooper, their first-round pick, defensive back Tyrann Mathieu (second) and guard Earl Watford (fourth).
