Liquor licenses

The following have applied to the Washington State Liquor Control Board:

WinCo Foods, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine and to provide wine tasting at these locations: 2101 N.E. Andresen Road, Vancouver; 11310 N.E. 119th St., Vancouver; 9700 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver; and 905 N.E. 136th Ave., Vancouver.

Michelle E. Parker and Wesly J. Parker, for a license to sell beer and wine at Koi Pond Cellars, 705 N.E. 199th St., Ridgefield.

Davinder S. Hayer and Manjeet K. Hayer, for a license to sell beer and wine at Orchards 76, 10411 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Suite 101, Vancouver.

Danielle L. Burk and Warren K. Burk, for a domestic winery license at Dusty Bottle Winery, 6703 N.E. 329th St., La Center.
