WSU regents to propose 2 percent tuition hike

PULLMAN — Washington State University regents meeting Thursday in Pullman are expected to propose limiting a tuition increase to 2 percent for the coming school year.

WSU President Elson Floyd has said 2 percent covers the cost of inflation.
