ASHBURN, Va. (AP) — The Washington Redskins have signed third-round pick Jordan Reed, putting all of their draft selections under contract for the 2013 season.
The Redskins announced the deal Friday for the tight end from Florida. Reed led the Gators in receiving last year with 45 catches for 559 yards.
The Redskins have now signed all six of their draft picks, led by second-round choice David Amerson of North Carolina State.
Washington didn’t have a first-round pick this year, having traded it to the St. Louis Rams a year ago in order to move into position to select Robert Griffin III.
