o Carol McCaulley has been promoted to senior vice president of Columbia Credit Union. She will oversee human resource functions, focusing on personnel policy development, performance appraisal programs and employee benefits. McCaulley also will advise on legal matters, primarily employment law. Her background includes 11 years as Columbia’s outside legal counsel. Wendy Smith also was promoted by Columbia Credit Union to serve as vice president for enterprise risk. Her responsibilities will include coordinating all internal and independent auditors’ efforts related to loss prevention and recovery objectives. Smith previously served as Columbia Credit Union’s lead internal auditor.
• Chris Anderson has been named vice president of mortgage services for Vancouver-based iQ Credit Union and will oversee all mortgage-lending operations and develop new mortgage products and strategic initiatives, including the credit union’s new online mortgage center. Anderson’s background includes 30 years of experience in sales, retail banking and mortgage lending. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Coast University, and is an MBA candidate at the same university.
• Randy Teegarden has joined Sigma Design as a senior systems engineer. He has a degree in electronics engineering technology from DeVry Institute of Technology. Teegarden has more than 25 years of experience in designing printing products.
o Lisa Lowe, a shareholder and partner in charge at the Vancouver office of the law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, has been appointed to serve as chair of The Community Foundation for Southwest Washington’s Professional Advisory Council Steering Committee.
