Free workshop: Washington State University Extension is offering a free workshop, “Low Impact Development and Green Stormwater Strategies for Real Estate Professionals,” 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May 28. It includes a free lunch and a 90-minute field trip for a hands-on look at the development techniques at the Department of Ecology field office, 2108 Grand Blvd. The workshop will describe stormwater management techniques to meet new requirements for construction and redevelopment. Thursday

Focus group: The Thursday Member Focus Group for business professionals meets 7:45-9 a.m. Thursdays, with refreshments. If there is a fifth Thursday, the meeting is in the evening.
