Vancouver-based iQ Credit Union has leased 2,500 square feet in downtown Vancouver’s Bank of America Financial Center at 805 Broadway.

The credit union will use the office space, located on the fifth floor of the 10-story building, as a data center. The credit union leased the space from RS Holdings LLC, which is registered to Portland-based Schlesinger Companies, which own the building.

Vancouver brokers Adam Roselli and Byron Roselli, of Eric Fuller & Associates Inc., represented the tenant and the landlord was represented by Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci, brokers with the Vancouver office of NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson.

Other tenants in the building include employee screening firm Occuscreen, Wells Fargo Advisors and the federal government’s General Services Administration, which leases nearly 15,000 square feet on the fifth floor.
