Volunteers plant nearly 1,000 trees at WSUV

Washington State University Vancouver — On “Make a Difference Day” — Oct. 26 — more than 200 volunteers planted nearly 1,000 trees around the Washington State University Vancouver campus. It’s one of the biggest gatherings of the year for Clark Public Utilities’ StreamTeam and one of many volunteer events to be held in Clark County on the annual Make a Difference Day, which is celebrated across the country.
