WSUV business growth program chief to give talk

Mistie Josephson, manager of the Business Growth Mentor and Analysis Program at Washington State University Vancouver, will address local small businesses, along with members and nonmembers of the group Buy Vancouver, at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Neighbors Market, 1707 Main St., Vancouver.

Josephson will talk about the program, which works with businesses and nonprofits over the course of a 16-week semester to analyze financial, market and organizational capabilities before creating a business growth plan.
