A dinner and auction will raise money for Heroes Northwest.
The second annual event will be held Friday, from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m., at Embassy Suites at the Portland Airport, 7900 N.E. 82nd Ave.
It will feature choices of prime rib, chicken or vegetarian dishes, live music and a silent auction.
The cost to attend will be $60 at the door or $40 per person if tickets are purchased by Thursday, at noon.
Proceeds will be donated to Heroes Northwest, a non-profit organization that benefits Homes for Heroes, the Wounded Warrior Project and other area heroes including veterans, firefighters, police, first responders, teachers and nurses.
