Chamois, Bigger Is Bettor win at Aqueduct

NEW YORK (AP) — Chamois and Bigger is Bettor won the $100,000 stakes on Sunday at Aqueduct.

Chamois beat Notacatbutallama by 314 lengths in the Duluth for 3-year-olds on the turf. The chestnut colt trained by Christophe Clement improved to 3-0 over Aqueduct’s grass course with his fourth win in nine career starts. Joel Rosario was aboard for the 1 1-16 miles 1:43.93. Chamois paid $12.60 to win.

Bigger is Bettor pulled an 8-1 upset in the Slew O’ Gold, edging Don Dulce by a neck for his fifth win in 30 starts. Angel Arroyo rode the gray 5-year-old gelding for trainer Rodrigo Ubillo. Bigger is Bettor paid $18.80 to win the 1 1-8 mile race in 1:50.47.
