NEW YORK (AP) — Fordham junior center Ryan Canty will take a leave of absence from the team to address personal issues, coach Tom Pecora said Monday.
Canty, who played in all three games for the Rams (2-1) this season, averaging 3.3 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.
Pecora wouldn’t reveal any details, asking everyone respect the privacy of Canty and his family.
Fordham hosts Sacred Heart on Saturday.
