Celtics’ Wallace fined $10,000 for profanity

NEW YORK (AP) — The NBA has fined Boston Celtics forward Gerald Wallace $10,000 for using profane language during his postgame media availability.

Wallace used a swear word following the Celtics’ 109-85 loss to the Rockets in Houston on Tuesday.

The penalty was announced Wednesday by NBA president of operations Rod Thorn.
