PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Aaron Moore scored 20 points and hauled in 11 rebounds to lead Portland State to a 67-63 comeback win over Loyola Chicago on Friday night.

Moore scored 14 points in the second half and got help from Andre Winston Jr., who tied a career-high with 16 points. The Vikings (2-1) trailed 35-20 at the break but closed in with an 11-0 run and tied the game at 57-all on a Zach Gengler 3-pointer with 3:44 left. Moore hit a jumper, moments later, to give the Vikings a lead it would protect.

Jeff White led the Ramblers (2-3) with 17 points and five rebounds.

Portland State struggled in the first half, hitting just 6 of its 25 shots from the field, but outscored Loyola 47-28 in the second half. The Vikings also grabbed twice as many offensive rebounds (14) as the Ramblers in the game.
