PASCO — Trains hauling coal from Montana and Wyoming would pass through the Tri-Cities on their way to a proposed export terminal at Longview.

Residents will have a chance to comment on an environmental impact study at a hearing Tuesday evening at the Trac Center in Pasco. It’s the third public hearing on the project.
