Students promise to follow rules

Ridgefield — Sixth-graders at South Ridge Elementary drafted contracts at the start of the school year that promise they will hold themselves accountable for their actions. The contracts also included ways to resolve conflicts with other students. The goal was to educate about responsibility. “When you sign a contract, it’s permanent and you have to stick to what it says,” student Jordan Nash said in a press release.
