Sea Mar Community Health Centers across Washington are now offering computer kiosks for patients to use to enroll in health insurance and look for jobs.

Sea Mar medical clinics opened the kiosks Oct. 1, the same day state residents could begin using the new online insurance marketplace, Washington Healthplanfinder, to browse and enroll in health plans.

On Friday, Vancouver Mayor Tim Leavitt will join Sea Mar staff in introducing the kiosks to Clark County residents. The event is from 11 a.m. to noon at Sea Mar’s Vancouver clinic, 7410 Delaware Lane.

The kiosks will include a computer with Internet access to current employment listings in Clark County and direct connectivity to Healthplanfinder. Sea Mar medical clinic staff will also be available to answer questions and provide information.
