HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — A man with ties to former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez has been ordered to appear before a Massachusetts grand jury next week.
Alexander Bradley appeared in Hartford Superior Court following his arrest Friday at his girlfriend’s home in Hartford.
He was directed to testify Tuesday before a Massachusetts grand jury in a double homicide investigation that has been linked to Hernandez. A fugitive warrant was issued for him last month when he did not appear for a hearing related to that case.
Bradley has filed a lawsuit against Hernandez, asserting he was shot in the face by the former player in February as they were driving in Florida after arguing in a Miami strip club.
Bradley was ordered held on $250,000 bond.
