SISTERS, ORE. — Two people were killed late Saturday morning in a crash on Highway 20 just west of Sisters, authorities said.
Oregon State Police said the fatal crash occurred shortly before noon near Milepost 99 on the highway. Troopers said the highway was blocked for a time and that the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office was the lead investigating agency.
Motorists were urged to avoid the area.
