FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) — A cousin of Aaron Hernandez is due to appear in a Massachusetts court in connection with the murder case against the former New England Patriot.

A pre-trial conference for Tanya Singleton is scheduled for Thursday afternoon in Fall River Superior Court.

Singleton has pleaded not guilty to charges of criminal contempt and conspiracy to commit accessory after the fact. Prosecutors say she helped Hernandez “right-hand man” Ernest Wallace travel to Florida after the June killing of Odin Lloyd and refused to testify before the grand jury hearing evidence in the case though she was offered immunity.

Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in Lloyd’s death. Wallace has pleaded not guilty to being an accessory to murder after the fact.

Singleton is being held without bail.
