Jags’ Rackley leaves 49ers game with head injury

LONDON (AP) — Jacksonville Jaguars offensive lineman Will Rackley was injured Sunday during the game against the San Francisco 49ers and was questionable to return.

Rackley was hit in the head late in the second quarter. The Jaguars guard has played in all seven of Jacksonville’s games this season.

The Jaguars (0-7) are playing the first of four games over four seasons at London’s Wembley Stadium.
