Letter: Tea Party is for the people first

The Columbian
Published: October 28, 2013, 5:00pm

The low-informed voters who like to attack the Tea Party people need to read the Constitution. The Tea Party is the middle class and true American patriots who want to keep this country in the hands of we the people, for the people and by the people. The middle class is not being helped, even though that’s what we keep hearing from the White House.

This White House’s Internal Revenue Service went after the Tea Party, shutting down some groups before the 2012 election. What are they planning for 2014 so they can win the House and the Senate? Try dictatorship. Food for thought.
