TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have placed cornerback Danny Gorrer on the injured reserve/designated for return list and re-signed defensive tackle Gary Gibson.
Gorrer started one of six games he appeared in last season. The fourth-year pro was sidelined by a groin injury during training camp.
Gibson appeared in 16 games with one start for Tampa Bay last season. He was released last weekend when the roster was trimmed to 53 players.
The Bucs also juggled the practice squad on Tuesday, signing wide receiver Skye Dawson and releasing offensive lineman Jace Daniels.
