ST. LOUIS (AP) — St. Louis Rams offensive tackle Rodger Saffold was sidelined with an apparent left knee injury in the second quarter against Arizona. The team said his return was questionable.

Saffold missed time in the preseason with a dislocated left shoulder. He was the starting left tackle for three seasons before getting moved to the right side after Jake Long signed a free agent deal.

Saffold got medical attention on the training table behind the bench before limping to the locker room for tests. It was not apparent how he was hurt on a running play.

Joe Barksdale replaced Saffold, as he also had in the preseason.
