MILWAUKEE (AP) — Aramis Ramirez left Friday night’s game after being hit in the left wrist by a pitch from Cincinnati’s Mat Latos.

The Brewers’ third baseman was hit by a 93-mph pitch in the first inning from Latos. He grimaced and immediately grabbed his hand. He talked to a trainer and manager Ron Roenicke for a couple of minutes, but stayed in the game as a runner.

He was replaced to start the second inning by Jeff Bianchi.

Ramirez has missed 54 games during two stints on the disabled list this year because of a left knee injury he suffered during the first week of the season. He is batting .267 with 10 home runs and 41 RBI in 81 games.
