GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Detroit defensive tackle Nick Fairley is inactive for the Lions’ game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Fairley did not practice most of last week because of a shoulder injury. He did work out on a limited basis Friday and had been listed as questionable. C.J. Mosley replaced Fairley in the lineup Sunday.

Arizona’s Larry Fitzgerald, limited in practice all of last week with a sore right hamstring, is active after being listed as questionable. Fitzgerald has missed just four games in his 10-plus NFL seasons.

Detroit offensive tackle Jason Fox (groin) and Arizona tight end Rob Housler (high ankle sprain) already had been declared out.

Cardinals running back Ryan Williams is inactive for the second week in a row. He is not injured.
