MILWAUKEE (AP) — Milwaukee Brewers shortstop Jean Segura left Wednesday night’s game against the Chicago Cubs after the first inning with what the team announced as a strained right hamstring.

Segura, hitting .296, walked in the first inning, advanced on a single by Jonathan Lucroy and then scored from second on a single by Aramis Ramirez. Segura did not appear to slow down while running the bases.

He is listed as day to day.
