Letter: Green’s experience will have impact

The Columbian
Published: September 30, 2013, 5:00pm

I urge voters to elect Chuck Green to the Ridgefield school board, District 4, in the November election. I’ve seen Green around town, listening to the public talk about the issues impacting our local schools. He has experience in public budgeting that will be an invaluable addition to the board as they seek maximum efficiency with taxpayer dollars and work to do more with less. He works hard to strengthen ties in the community, and is reaching out to the city, port and others in order to create successful partnerships.
