Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Ailian Ma has purchased Bill’s Chicken & Steak House, a 7,713-square-foot restaurant, from Harry Alan and Calli M. Teel Trustees et al for $475.000. The building is at 2200 St. Johns Blvd., Vancouver, and will be used as a Chinese restaurant. Charlie Kleier and Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller and Joseph Cho of Joseph Cho Inc. represented the buyer.

Douglas Bubb has leased warehouse space at 5601 E. 18th St. from 18th Street Partners LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented both parties.

Heidi Scholten has leased 1,260 square feet of retail space at Hazel Dell Towne Center, 8902 N.E. Fifth Ave., Suite H-104, Vancouver, for a hair salon business. Pam Lindloff and Brooke Burgner of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord and Jordan Wirkkala of Sundin Realty represented the buyer.

Izzy Mayday LLC has purchased the Sundew Apartments at 1329 Z St., Vancouver, from Lawrence and Lynn Charneski. The 10-unit complex sold for $728,000. Charlie Kleier and Garret Harper of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller and Denise L. Laursen of Realty Pro represented the buyer.

MMVI Designs LLC has leased 3,441 square feet of industrial space at Northgate Business Center, 1321 N.E. 76th Ave., Suite 3-D, Vancouver, from Nexus Properties LLC. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Tasha Wold has leased office space at 717 N.E. 61st St. from 4A’s LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.
